The Briefing will cover Indian government’s state-sponsored ethnic cleansing of Bengali-origin Muslims in the state of Assam. Backed by the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Hindu nationalist vigilante groups, authorities have bulldozed thousands of homes, displacing tens of thousands of people in just the last two months.
