Hindu extremist leader Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati declared at an event in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh that Hindus must take a vow and fight for the protection of cows, implying that Muslims and Dalits, who make up the majority of beef-consumers in India, must be killed.
