BJP leader threatens to “finish off” Muslims in 15 seconds
In Aurangabad, Maharashtra, BJP candidate Navneet Rana referred to Muslims as belonging to the Muslim- majority country Pakistan and threatened violence against them.
“We don’t need 15 minutes to finish you, we can do it in 15 seconds,” she said.
In Chandigarh, BJP minister Pushkar Singh Dhami made Islamophobic remarks and falsely claimed that the opposition party would implement Sharia law. In Nashik, Maharashtra, BJP leader T Raja Singh delivered a hate speech promoting fear and hate against Muslims. In Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, BJP leader Abhay Singh delivered a hate speech against Muslims.

At an election rally in Jharkhand, Hindu supremacist Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered an Islamophobic speech and promoted anti-Muslim conspiracy theories of love jihad and vote jihad.
“Infiltrators with Jihadi mindset are getting support from the opposition and putting our sisters in danger,” he said.
In West Bengal, federal minister Amit Shah delivered an anti-Muslim hate speech against Rohingya refugees. In Uttar Pradesh, BJP minister and Hindu militant monk Yogi Adityanath made Islamophobic remarks and baselessly claimed that the opposition party would “Impose [taxes] on you like Aurengazeb.”
Cow vigilantes thrash driver, vandalize truck over alleged cattle transport
In far-right BJP-ruled Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura, Hindu extremist cow vigilantes thrashed a truck driver and vandalized his vehicle for allegedly transporting cattle.
Hindu militant mobs have increasingly been targeting Muslims over baseless accusations of committing crimes. These mobs, also known as cow vigilantes, attack and often lynch Muslims accused of transporting cattle or consuming beef.
Police open fire at alleged “cattle smugglers,” victims sustain bullet wounds
In BJP-ruled Uttar Pradesh’s Meerut, police fired gunshots at an alleged “cattle smuggler,” who sustained a bullet injury in his leg.
The incident is the latest in an ongoing trend of violent attacks against predominantly Muslim cattle traders by law enforcement. Multiple such injuries have occurred on a near-weekly basis due to police firings.
