Muslim man tied to pole, beaten to death with sticks, belts by Hindu mob in Delhi

A 26-year-old Muslim man was beaten to death by a Hindu extremist mob in the capital city of Delhi. The victim, Isaar Ahmed, was tied to a pole and beaten with sticks and belts to the point of death. According to the locals, Ahmed was also mentally ill. The Hindu extremists had accused the victim of theft after he picked up a religious offering and ate it at an event.

Muslim driver brutally attacked in Jharkhand, forced to chant Jai Sri Ram

A Muslim driver, Mahmud Alam, was brutally attacked by a violent mob of Hindu extremists in Ranchi, Jharkhand. He was abused, attacked with rods and pipes, and forced to chant the Hindu extremist warcry “Jai Shri Ram.” The mob also stole all of his money.

Muslim truck driver beaten, abused for transporting cattle

In Bharatpur, Madhya Pradesh, Hindu extremists beat a Muslim truck driver for transporting cattle. In a video of the incident, a Hindu extremist is seen pulling at the victim’s beard and verbally abusing him. 

Hindu militant mobs have increasingly been targeting Muslims over baseless accusations of committing crimes. These mobs, also known as cow vigilantes, attack and often lynch Muslims accused of transporting cattle or consuming beef. 

Anti-Muslim conspiracy theories promoted in Uttarakhand, Chattisgarh

In Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, Hindu extremist leaders delivered anti-Muslim hate speech at an event organized by Hindu militant groups Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal. They also spread conspiracy theories against Islam and Muslims. 

In Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, far-right Hindu leader Manoj Kumar used anti-Muslim slurs and used fear-mongering claims to instigate Hindus against Muslims.
