Where is achhe din? Ranchi lawyer files case against PM Modi, Amit Shah for not fulfilling 2014 poll promises

A case has been lodged by a Ranchi lawyer in the district court against PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah and others for not fulfilling the promise made during the campaign trail in 2013-14 and in the BJP manifesto.

The prime minister, home minister and their colleague Ramdas Athawle have been accused of telling a bundle of lies in election rallies and taking common people for a ride.

The lawyer HK Singh, in his complaint, claims that the BJP leaders promised to credit Rs 15 lakhs in every account but took a U-turn after they mustered the majority by cheating the common man. Singh said, “Even I am feeling duped and so does the common people of the country by the cunning and deceit of the BJP leaders.”…
