Unnao rape survivor’s security kept jailed BJP MLA informed about their movement: FIR
In a fresh setback to Kuldeep Singh Sengar, an FIR was registered against the BJPMLA and nine others Monday on charges of murder after the Unnao rape survivor’s family alleged a conspiracy behind Sunday’s car accident in which two women were killed.…
The complaint was filed by the victim’s uncle who is lodged in Rae Bareli jail. The FIR also said that the cops belonging to Unnao police, who were deployed to ensure the security of the rape survivor, had informed the MLA’s men of the family’s movement to Rae Bareli.
The victim’s uncle said that he had asked his kin to visit in with the case papers, in case they wish to hire a lawyer from the district. After this, the accused caused the accident with an intention to kill the victim and family members, the FIR noted. The complainant also accused Sengar’s supporters of making calls to the survivor’s family and building pressure on them to change their statement in court.…
